Who You Are:

The Associate Director, Professional Services will support the various phases of development, launch, and commercialization, seek external insights to shape BridgeBio understanding of the therapeutic environment, and work to advance BridgeBio understanding of HCP priorities in managing disease areas investigation. This individual will thrive in a rapidly changing ambiguous environment and embrace change, continuous learning, and approaches each day with an improvement-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as therapeutic area field lead, contributing to the repository of customer information & insights, including:
  • Market Insights and Evaluation

  • Lead market assessment efforts by designated therapeutic area, incorporating data, field intelligence, and research within deliverables
  • Identify opportunities with strong potential for commercial and/or patient value creation
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, market access, sales, and training to share strategic insights
  • Synthesize multiple inputs (e.g., from various markets) into actionable recommendations and organize and simply communicate complex data. With excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Therapeutic Journey Mapping

  • Therapeutic area diagnostic mapping
  • Identification of specialties participating in patient care networks
  • Existing protocol, pathways, and order sets
  • Health System (HCO) profiling and capabilities assessment by disease, Influence, and access
  • Customer Engagement Modeling by Affiliate & Disease Space

  • Lead customer targeting, defining HCP clinical preferences and/or priorities
  • Monitor existing standards of care, trends, and patterns by disease area
  • Manage collation of cross-matrix customer insights across the organization
  • Provide deep knowledge and expertise on competitive markets and customer engagement trends to support commercial and other functional partners (Medical, Marketing, Sales, Access, etc.)
  • Thought Leader Engagement/Development

  • Proactively identify and cultivate enduring relationships with multidisciplinary Care Team Members from both Academic and Community Centers of Care to deepen customer insights and assist in commercial prioritization of efforts
  • Thought Leader/KOL profiling and influence network mapping
  • Strategic planning and prioritization of conferences and critical customer meetings across therapeutic areas
  • Provide visibility into therapeutic subject matter experts, in support of forward-looking planning, in collaboration with BridgeBio functional partners (Medical, Marketing, Access, etc.)
  • Proactively contribute towards the success of the meetings and conventions team with a focus on relationship building, customer service, and problem-solving


Education, Experience & Skills Requirements:
  • BA/BS required advanced degree preferred
  • Ten or more years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, focusing on rare disease, cardiology, oncology or patient support services, market analytics
  • Five or more years successfully navigating limited distribution specialty and/or orphan drugs
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives & goals
  • Ability to independently manage and meet timelines for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to establish relationships and develop rapport with health care professionals and key stakeholders; ultimately facilitating access to key decision-makers influencing patient care
  • Documented success managing institutional centers or accounts with multiple call-points (preferably comprised of multidisciplinary teams)
  • Experience creating and maintaining integrated Account Profiles in the CRM system. (Hospitals, Clinics, Infusion Centers, Pharmacies, HCPs, aHCPs, etc.)
  • Comprehension of rare disease standards of care and emerging trends in rare/orphan disease (clinical & business), including:
  • Awareness of relevant diagnostics, genetic testing advances in support of targeted therapies
  • Familiarity of guidelines and initiatives in disease areas of investigation
  • Knowledge of government and payer initiatives, including pathway development, etc.
  • Understanding of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and aligned disease management/protocol/pathway tools
  • Commitment to comply with all laws, regulations, and relevant policies that govern BridgeBio activities
  • 50-70% business travel, by air or car, is regularly required.
  • Valid driver’s license. Effective use of a personal vehicle to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the role. As a result, BridgeBio (Company), from time to time, will check your motor vehicle record for purposes of determining your eligibility for driving any vehicle on company business.
