What you will do
Lets do this. Lets change the world! In this vital role the Senior Marketing Manager, Tezepelumab Launch, reports to the Director, Tezepelumab Launch. This role is the pricing lead. In collaboration with the tezepelumab brand team and AstraZeneca counterparts, this role supports development of and executes pricing strategy and analysis for Tezepelumab launch and beyond.Key Responsibilities:
Support development and execution of Tezepelumab payer launch strategy (strategy developed with launch Director, AstraZeneca and brand team)
Develop the latest estimate discount rate (LEDR) model and lead LEDR process for Tezepelumab in collaboration with finance
Support development of launch pricing strategy
Develop internal pricing platform for account rate approvals
Develop net pricing corridors in collaboration with AstraZeneca partners
As appropriate, collaborate with Global Value & Access on U.S. pricing approach
Collaborate with forecasting, finance and AstraZeneca colleagues during long-range scenario exercises
Support contracting strategy development with analysis to support both payer and provider account strategies
Support payer lead with analysis of value-based contracts in collaboration with Global Health Economics, Legal, and Strategic Pricing & Contracting teams
Assist with strategic planning and quarterly business reviews and long-range scenario planning
Lead tezepelumab payer-related budget management as appropriate
5-10% travel may be required

Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organizationOr
Masters degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organizationOr
Bachelors degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organizationOr
Associates Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organizationOr
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organizationPreferred Qualifications:
Strong mathematical modeling skills in Excel, preferably experience with financial or economic modeling
Strong eye for business, analytical skills, and critical thinking ability
Solid understanding of US health care system and key stakeholders
Finance, forecasting or other quantitative analysis experience
MBA or other masters degree
Results and solutions-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
Strong presentation skills
Solid project management skills and cross-functional leadership
Ability to work through others and manage in a matrix environment
Ability to handle and achieve results with multiple competing priorities
