Job Details
In this role, a typical day might include the following:
- Developing and running the editorial strategy, planning and day-to-day operations and content for Regeneron Online (RON), our popular company intranet, and related channels, that help employees understand our science-based culture and how their work contributes to our mission and goals. This includes writing, editing, brainstorming, collaborating, planning and more.
- Supervising a team of individuals responsible for executing on our content plan: one direct report, Internal Communications team colleagues, agency partners, freelance writers, videographers, designers, etc. who contribute daily to how we tell Regeneron story to our employees.
- Leading our Colleague Ambassador Network, a group of ~50 employees who provide input and feedback on our communications and engagement programs and help to mobilize our work.
- Support communications efforts to sustain our culture through storytelling that exemplifies the Regeneron Way, our values and behaviors.
- Partner with various leaders and colleagues across the company to support critical communications efforts.
This role might be for you if you:
- Are an excellent writer, editor and storyteller with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to generate creative content with a nuanced and thoughtful approach for different audiences. Superior attention to detail for delivering high-quality, dynamic content in a fast-paced environment.
- Have relevant knowledge and experience in digital and mobile communications, storytelling and content creation. Experience working with digital media and formats (intranets, video, mobile, enterprise social media, etc.).
- Are a strong collaborator who values input combined with a high level of professionalism and confidence to work collaboratively with employees from all levels of the organization.
- Excel at influencing internal and external resources (team members, freelancers, agencies) to support and execute on our employee communications priorities.
- Can develop and analyze metrics to assess the efficiency and impact of our communications programs.
- Have been successful working in a fast-paced environment requiring daily flexibility and continuous multi-tasking. Ability to operate with a results-oriented approach.
- Possess strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
