Neuroscience Business Unit (NuBU) Strategic Planning & Operations Senior Manager
The Neuroscience Business Unit (NuBU) Strategic Planning & Operations Senior Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing key elements of the commercialization strategy of Aimovig, Amgens preventive migraine treatment. Critical to the role will be developing and evangelizing an in-depth understanding of the migraine consumer and core customers, and driving a dynamic approach toward the development and ongoing evolution of the US Patient Flow, Patient Journey, and Local Product Strategy (LPS).
The Strategic Planning & Operations Sr. Manager will report directly to the head of marketing/Executive Director and will lead the team toward making strategic tradeoffs to maximize commercial success. They will lead the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) (both leading and lagging) to measure brand success at the strategic and tactical level. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for linking KPI performance to inform and shape overall forecast assumptions and full ownership over the management of the Aimovig budget.
The Sr. Manager will serve as the primary point for Aimovig in further fostering a true one team culture by creating processes and integration points across the broader team, including the HCP team, Consumer team, Access team, CD&A, Finance, Global and other key functions.
- Develop and champion Patient Flow, Patient Journey, and LPS for Enbrel Strategic/financial/tactical KPI development/tracking
- Analysis of market, competitive and brand metrics to identify areas of opportunity and need for further analysis.
- Integrate and track key brand priorities and critical activities/programs across all functions, finding opportunities for shared learnings and optimizations.
- Direct leadership of critical brand priorities and projects, including development of the brand plan and execution of regulatory/compliance commitments.

Doctorate degree and 2 years of Sales or Sales Ops or Marketing or Consulting experience
Masters degree and 4 years of Sales or Sales Ops or Marketing or Consulting experience
Bachelors degree and 6 years of Sales or Sales Ops or Marketing or Consulting experience
Associates degree and 10 years of Sales or Sales Ops or Marketing or Consulting experience
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Sales or Sales Ops or Marketing or Consulting experience
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
