Position Summary:

The Integrations Analyst will be responsible for the administration, design, implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Applications Integrations framework. This individual will be responsible for evaluating, designing, optimizing and automating the Company's Enterprise integration applications by implementing and supporting scalable business integration initiatives between core Enterprise applications to support the Company's growth and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 

  • Design, develop, maintain integrations between core Enterprise Applications, including, but not limited to, NetSuite, Salesforce and Snowflake.
  • Responsible for developing and troubleshoot analysis of Integration Pipelines.
  • Lead and/or provide key design considerations for implementation or troubleshooting of Integrations, which involve Enterprise Reporting and BI initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with respective application owners, including CRM, Finance and Engineering, for design, data governance, investigations and reconciliation.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and governance of data around new reporting strategies and solutions approach. Minimize information and/or technical redundancies in reporting solutions by leveraging a common centralized information framework.
  • Troubleshoot data integration issues or performance bottlenecks.
  • Build, advise and implement a security strategy around data ownership, replication and publishing.
  • Implement and adopt ITGC and SOX requirements and processes, as they apply to Integrations.
  • Identify, evaluate and PoC new technologies and tools for Integrations and Data Analysis, depending on business requirements.
  • Support and prioritize requests for new features or functionality and assist with the prioritization of these requests.
  • Actively partner with other Managed Services Providers and team members as applicable, for resolution of production issues.
  • Support the Finance, Operations, Sales and Executive departments during the month-end close process as issues arise.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

 


Education and Experience:

 

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of verifiable hands-on experience with SnapLogic as an Analyst Developer role
  • Experience with other major iPaaS platforms like Dell Boomi or MuleSoft in an Enterprise environment will also be considered.
  • Experience creating techno-functional documents like business process workflows, data flow diagrams, ER diagrams, technical/functional design documents etc.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise Reports and data Integrations.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and standard data structures such as JSON.
  • Experience using collaborative tools like Smartsheet, Slack, Jira and/or Confluence.
  • Knowledge of a major scripting language such as JavaScript is desired.
  • NetSuite or Salesforce experience preferred. Working experience with Enterprise Application process owners is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge or Tableau is desired.
  • Familiarity using a major RDBMS; Snowflake or Oracle preferred.
  • Experience working with key Stakeholders for gathering, analyzing, documenting requirements, and transforming requirements into potential Integration Impact. Understand and advise team on best approach, which may or may not, use Integration as an overall solution for automation.
  • Familiarity with common Integration tools including REST API, Web services.

  • Excellent oral written communication skills, structured work methodology and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work conscientiously, build trust and relationship with team and stakeholders, accomplish tasks with minimal direction, using good judgment, taking initiative to accomplish short and long-range projects.
  • Ability to work as a team member, multi-task and be very flexible to adapt to the fast-changing work priorities and requirements of a dynamic, growing company.
  • Ability to lift 10-15 pounds.
