Sana Biotechnology is seeking a fast paced and driven Senior Recruiting Program and Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic People team. The Senior Recruiting Program and Operations Coordinator will manage positions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and schedule candidates for phone screens and onsite interviews. In addition, this role will support recruiting operations by managing the background check and relocation processes. Proactive recruiting program and logistical support will also be required to help drive Sana's dynamic growth.

  • Manage requisitions within Greenhouse, our ATS
  • Schedule candidate phone screens and onsite interviews - across 3 geographies
  • Schedule hiring team seminars and debriefs
  • Maintain exceptional candidate experience by responding to candidate questions and ensuring positive impressions with Sana
  • Coordinate candidate expenses and travel requirements
  • Initiate and track background checks and relocation requests, coordinating any information exchange between Sana and the vendor. Elevate issues as necessary
  • Coordinate and manage logistics and events at Universities including internship programs
  • Document and maintain current processes
  • Train new coordinator team members
  • Support recruiting programs by tracking status and providing basic data analysis
  • Proactively recommend new ideas or solutions to increase efficiencies or effectiveness of current processes

Basic Qualifications
  • High level of detail orientation and accuracy
  • A customer focused attitude
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
  • 2+ year of scheduling in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, preferably on an HR or People Team
  • Prior ATS experience
  • Working safely in person on a predictable and regular in-person basis is an essential job function for this position and the Company requires that all individuals working in-person, subject to certain exceptions, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

  • University program recruitment experience

  • 10% travel anticipated
