We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to help build and scale the People Operations and Human Resources function. This position reports to the Head of People Operations and will be an instrumental member of the Human Resources team. People Operations at Inflammatix includes Human Resources, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition. In addition to supporting the day-to-day human resources functions, specifically in the areas of talent management, benefits, company policies and procedures, this role will provide a motivated professional to help build and implement best practice policies, review and improve procedures to help this fast growing and well-funded private company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner with the Head of People Operations on projects that include, but aren't limited to, performance reviews, DEI initiatives, employee engagement, compensation planning, and career development
  • Facilitate the coaching of managers through performance management situations and provide guidance on best practices, including the evaluation, training, maintenance and implementation of performance management tools as needed
  • Assist in driving communication and sharing of best practices across the People Operations team to facilitate continuous improvement
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including benefits, performance and talent management, recognition, and training and development
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks as required with cross-functional HR / Talent Acquisition /Finance teams

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of Human Resource experience
  • Experience in implementing HR systems and scaling processes
  • Strong background in immigration policy and procedure, and compliance and regulatory knowledge

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, business or related field
  • HRCI or SHRM certifications

  • Good understanding of cultural and geographical differences and practices
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess confidence in handling ambiguous and fluid situations
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively
  • Data driven with the ability to connect business needs with HR metrics
