Job Description


  • Ensure that Medical Affairs Operations projects are successfully executed.

  • Administrate the Educational Grants program from submission to fulfillment.

  • Lead the payment processing for Medical Affairs grants and projects including investigator initiated studies, educational grants, publication grants and other consulting services.

  • Work in collaboration with Medical Directors, Medical Science Managers, Legal, Compliance, Government Reporting, Donations, Accounts Payable and Pharmacovigilance groups to ensure compliant and timely execution of contracts and payments.

  • Support other grant programs (IISs, PGs, MTs) as necessary

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of relevant pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry experience
