Ensure that Medical Affairs Operations projects are successfully executed.
Administrate the Educational Grants program from submission to fulfillment.
Lead the payment processing for Medical Affairs grants and projects including investigator initiated studies, educational grants, publication grants and other consulting services.
Work in collaboration with Medical Directors, Medical Science Managers, Legal, Compliance, Government Reporting, Donations, Accounts Payable and Pharmacovigilance groups to ensure compliant and timely execution of contracts and payments.
Support other grant programs (IISs, PGs, MTs) as necessary
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of relevant pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry experience
