The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement role has been created to lead and manage the Sales Enablement technologies supporting the sales organization. He/she will be responsible for the on-going development, execution, and management of Sales Enablement programs across channels. The role requires focus on execution and leadership of the Sales Enablement Roadmap while supporting business needs and keeping the end user in mind. The role is highly visible and will require deep knowledge of system implementations and leadership supporting implementation, project management, excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration. The role will also require strong data analysis, reporting capture and KPI management.Major Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management
Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to define, lead and implement the Commercial Sales Enablement strategy and technology (Veeva) for Seqirus.
Create, manage and execute the Sales Enablement Roadmap; Contribute to the larger tech stack ecosystem.
Fully understand end user needs and translate into technical requirements and solutions.
Lead the project management of all Sales Enablement strategies; from requirements phase, UAT, Training, Implementation, and Reporting.
Partner with Data Strategy, Customer Experiences, Sales Operations, IT, Sales, Marketing and other functions across Seqirus to launch and scale new capabilities.
Research, analyze, and bring forth technologies to improve the current platform and user experience.
Communicate effectively to internal stakeholders and peers on Sales Enablement progress.
End User Journey, Reports & Dashboards
Partner strongly with sales leaders to develop, map, and implement a robust end user journey that reflects multi-channel sales efficiencies.
Drive continuous improvement in sales productivity and management of tools, application exercises and feedback processes.
Transform customer data into actionable insights, defining key KPIs, to track program effectiveness, customer migration and loyalty over time. Ensure data is interpreted and provided in an accurate, actionable and consistent manner to internal teams.
Quantify the business impact of Sales Enablement programs and continue to evaluate and refine program to maximize effectiveness.
Create and facilitate a formal process to report and update all key partners and senior leadership on all programs, initiatives, and customer KPIs, while working closely with our development team and third-party partners to ensure customer data availability and integrity for reporting, analytics and campaign management
Keep current on new Sales Enablement technologies and analytics within the vaccine space.
Research and attend industry conferences to bring back ideas and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or science discipline; MBA a plus
- 7+ years’ relevant commercial operations experience; Experience and demonstrated ability in a Sales Enablement role required.
- Prior experience with a CRM implementation is required, including experience working with vendors and internal stakeholders implementing CRM Veeva Platform or Salesforce.com, preferably Veeva.
- Proficiency in either Salesforce.com or Veeva required; Veeva experience is preferred.
- Ability to lead new initiatives from strategy to implementation
