The Director, US Dermatology Healthcare Provider (HCP) Promotions Lead, will lead the strategy and tactical execution for personal and nonpersonal promotion to HCPs for the Atopic Dermatitis (AD) indication and lead the commercialization of new indications in Dermatology in the US.

  • Develops and executes the HCP portion of the strategic and tactical brand plans for AD and other Dermatologic indications in the US with alliance partner.
  • Leads competitive response efforts for the US AD HCP team.
  • Prepares all personal promotional materials and supervises nonpersonal promotional efforts.
  • Tracks the metrics and effectiveness of promotional tactics and optimizes HCP engagement.
  • Owns the development and execution of the sampling strategy for the Dermatology indications in the US.
  • Leads in planning and participates in relevant Brand Team Meetings for Regeneron only, as well as, with the alliance partner (e.g. POA captain).
  • Serves as the Joint Review Committee (JRC) Chair
  • Ensures that the marketing processes, programs, and internal reports are developed, implemented, and optimally administered to be consistent with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, ethical guidelines.
  • Works cross functionally to build, manage and track the joint budgets to ensure that the alliance is operating within the JCC-endorsed budget and appropriate phasing.
  • Ensures professional development plans are in place and executed for team members to support growth.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required and 12 years of progressive Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience with at least 7-10 years in Marketing .
  • Immunology/biologics experience preferred
  • Launch experience a plus
  • Prior team leadership experience a plus
  • Prior pharmaceutical sales experience a plus
  • Dermatology experience a plus
  • Previous work within a co-promote or Alliance is a plus
  • US HCP Marketing Experience
  • Proactive and able to prioritize
  • Operate in high paced launch environment
  • Strong project and process skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to represent REGN's perspective in alliance partnership and influence in a matrix organization
  • Ability to travel approximately 15-25% and willing to travel on weekends to conferences and meetings, as needed
