Who You Are:

Clinical Trial Managers and Sr. Clinical Trial Managers ensure the continuous and harmonized delivery of clinical studies to advance therapeutic treatments of rare diseases at BridgeBio. Each role manages and implements critical operational activities for assigned clinical programs while ensuring GCP compliance, high study quality, and timely study completion.  

The Clinical Trial Manager is a developing leadership role that is expected to work independently and collaborate effectively to support the efficient delivery of global clinical studies. The Senior Clinical Trial Manager will leverage the mastery of clinical study management to ensure the efficient delivery of global clinical studies and the implementation of the clinical development plan.  

  • Represent Clinical Operations internally on cross-functional teams 
  • Support study startup, maintenance, and close-out activities 
  • Deliver critical clinical trial documents 
  • Implement study plans 
  • Track budget, timelines, and milestones 
  • Support SOP development  
  • Global study site selection and management 
  • Vendor selection, oversight, and training 
  • Advance GCP and audit-readiness 
  • Monitor global regulatory intelligence for global industry practices  

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline 
  • 3+ years of experience managing clinical trials with a study sponsor  
  • Orphan drug and/or rare disease knowledge is preferred 
  • Strong team interaction and communication skills  
  • Ability to work in a small company with a largely virtual and cross-functional environment  
  • Able and willing to travel periodically  
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; Proficiency in databases a plus
