Purpose:

The Senior Financial Analyst works closely with the Director across all aspects of FP&A to support the business.    

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for budget development and system loads for Plan, LRP & LBE’s supporting SG&A in excess of $300MM and in excess of 400HC across multiple Sales Forces and Marketing teams.
  • Manages multiple stakeholders including VP’s of Sales and Marketing answering queries and providing analysis on a timely basis to support decision making
  • Completes balance sheet reconciliations as required
  • Month end journal entry analysis and preparation as required
  • Provides value added monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis to the business
  • Supports new system implementations; generates and drives continuous improvements ideas.
  • Manages all system requirements including cost/profit center structure and maintenance
  • Ad hoc analysis as required to support the business.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA/MBA preferred
  • Minimum 4+ years of progressive Accounting or Finance experience required
  • Strong financial, analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently to prioritize and complete tasks
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and TM1 required; BPC Planning experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders including at a Sr. Management level
