The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (AD TLL), Oncology is a field-based, non-sales position on Regeneron's commercial oncology team, focused on enhancing and improving interactions with key external US oncology thought leaders at academic centers and leading community practices.
You will work closely with cross-functional leaders from Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access and the Oncology Leadership Team to ensure alignment with the overall strategy and tactical execution. You will strive for success through collaboration, communication, and the ability to execute key initiatives.

The typical day may include the following:
• Align with cross-functional teams, the AD TLL orchestrates resources as they relate to assigned key thought leaders
• Conduct substantive business discussions related to on-label product information, disease state, and general corporate overviews
• Execute a customer-centric needs-based approach
• Plan and execute thought leader engagements and senior executive encounters at local, regional and national's conferences, POAs, in field engagements
• Assist with on-label key thought leader development, including speakers, with approved decks and materials
• You will act as the single point of contact for certain speaker logistic/scheduling activities and working cross functionally to ensure appropriate communication
• Drive for feedback from thought leaders on marketing initiatives
• Facilitate advisory board participant recommendations, and attending advisory boards where needed

This role may be for you if:
• You possess a strong science background with deep knowledge of oncology. Ability to understand, work with, and provide commercial input to all functions within the project team
• You have the ability to present ideas effectively
• You can lead multiple projects

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following:

Bachelor's degree required, and Master's degree or other advanced education/certification a plus. Specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience with a minimum of 7 years of work experience in one or more of the following: previous or current Thought Leader Liaison role, field sales, product marketing, or medical / clinical experience including experience in the Dermatologic Oncology market or a similar Immuno-Oncology marketplace. Launch experience preferred. Physician-administered biologics experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and project management experience. You must hold a driver's license and travel 60% - 80%.
