Regeneron's R&D Chemistry Group is looking for a highly motivated R&D Specialist to prepare, purify and characterize antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for technology development, discovery and preclinical pipeline.

A Typical Day in the Role Might Look Like:
  • Design and conjugation of ADCs from milligram to gram scale.
  • Purify ADCs on ÄKTA FPLC and perform ADC characterization using various chromatography methods.
  • Document experiments and results in the electronic notebook.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of small molecule and ADC inventories.

This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field with 1-3 +proven experience. Good understanding of proper handling of small molecules and proteins preferred. Hands on experience in conjugation and/or protein labeling a plus. Good lab practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Experience with protein purification by SEC, HIC, IEX and ProA chromatography a plus. Experience in analytic methods such as UV-vis, EndoSafe, SDS-PAGE and chromatographic techniques (SEC, HIC, RP etc) also a plus.
