We are looking for an independent Sr Administrator Coordinator to provide support to the SVP, VP, Senior Leadership Team as well as Global Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. This role will require knowledge of company practices and procedures, problem-solving and candidates must consistently exercise considerable judgment and initiative.

In this role a typical day may include:
• Proactively manages calendars using detailed understanding of department and leadership priorities.
• Fully responsible for execution of internal and external meetings. Responsible for collaborating with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to manage contracts for off-site meetings as well as managing meeting/event budgets within the approval limit.
• Anticipate and make recommendations for catering for meetings and events scheduled over meal periods. Where applicable, assist employees and guests with travel and expense reports.
• Advanced knowledge of company policies, procedures and resources and acts as a point person for leaders/departments on taking the lead to raise potential continuous improvement efforts to current processes. Proactively manages and updates content on department SharePoint sits and/or RON pages.
• Responsible for proactively monitoring purchase order requests and gathering expense requests. May also submit requisitions and coordinate tracking of departmental deadlines. Holder of corporate PCard for dept. use.
• Takes the lead on the preparation and assimilation for new employees within the department(s), including coordination with HR, IT and Facilities; work with hiring managers to onboard new employees/contractors with applicable procurement systems.

• Work comfortably with all levels in the organization including senior managers. Understands how senior leaders think and what they expect.

To be considered for this role, you must have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred and 8 + years of administrative experience with a minimum of 4 years of experience within (CPG/Life Science/IT/Finance/Sourcing/Supply Chain Preferred.) We need someone with the ability to interact across all levels of employees and management while maintaining confidentiality. Strong digital literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) TEAMS, SharePoint, Concur expense and travel management, and teleconference systems.
