We are looking to fill an IT Applications Analyst position to join our IOPS (Industrial Operations and Product Supply) IT Applications team. We ensure success by supporting, growing and transforming the way we work with our business partners. Being an IT Analyst here in IOPS IT means supporting the organization by working to maintain the health and growth of our systems by partnering with our business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges and opportunities and make sure IOPS systems are built and enhanced to reflect that.

As an IT Applications Analyst, a typical day might include the following:
• Coordinating across business departments and stakeholders, gathering and implementing enhancement requests across departments
• Effectively identifying and resolving system issues and appropriately communicates items to management, business process owner and users
• Responsible for IT Applications documentation, including converting User Requirement Specifications to a detailed Design Specification, writing Configuration Test Plans and summary reports
• Performing daily business administrative tasks related to functional support and general user account administration
• Providing SME support and works closely with functional departments on projects to develop, implement and enhance systems
• Providing application assistance prior to, during and post Regulatory/Partner inspections
• Processing IT Applications change control requests
• Working with Validation and Quality departments to ensure IT Applications are implemented following development life cycle approach
• Training other IT Applications resources
• Coordinating with other IT Applications team members to implement systems in an efficient manner
• Providing end-user support for IT Applications including troubleshooting problems at the application server level
• Participating or leading IT Applications systems security access and periodic audit trail reviews

To be considered for the IT Application Analyst position you must have a BS/BA degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; may substitute proven experience for education requirement. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role. 0-2+ years of related experience for Associate level, 2+ years for Specialist level, 5+ years for Senior level. Experience with Quality Management Systems and Electronic Document Management Systems (i.e. Veeva, QUMAS, Trackwise, NextDocs, OpenText) is strongly preferred. Project management and business analyst experience and skills are also preferred.
