Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful implementation of the ambassador team and compliance to their SOP to ensure delivery of appropriate product related training and specified enrollment for patients
  • Will provide field and promotional direction to the team to ensure they contribute to the brand in a strategic way
  • Interact closely with commercial organization to drive increased brand performance and retention on the brand by ensuring ‘Best in Class’ support and education regarding platform services
  • Use appropriate data sources to evaluate effectiveness of program (ROI/share impact analysis) and make suggestions for improvement, expansion etc.

Qualifications
  • BSN, RN or related bachelor’s in health sciences
  • 5+ years professional experience in Healthcare industry required
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting work area supported
  • Ability to work and drive results, motivate others, and maintain prioritization of key projects and deadlines
  • Demonstrates success managing field reports, negotiation skills, presentation skills, and effectiveness to work cross-functional and independently
