This resource is a key member of the GDS Solutions Delivery organization, responsible for planning and driving the execution of data, sophisticated analytics, and automation projects.
In this role, a typical day might include the following:

Partnering with solution implementation parties including GDS Business Solution Partners and Operations, IT Data Platform Services, and GD Business Operations resources to ensure that data solutions are appropriately planned, executed and transitioned efficiently to operations.

Assess data capability needs and take ownership of sophisticated analytics and / or automation lead as appropriate to drive solution planning and delivery of sophisticated analytics or automation solutions.

Introduce new innovative solutions and technologies to functional area(s)

Keep up to date on industry trends regarding data, analytics, intelligent automation, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and other new technologies.

Responsible for software and services contracting, contracts and vendor relationship(s) and for driving definition of development processes, and standards.

Identify resourcing needs and for oversight of internal and vendor delivery teams in support of data, analytics, and automation projects.

Lead and drive the execution of cross functional data enablement (data warehousing, BI, integration, visualization, reporting solutions) solution planning and implementation projects.

Supports the designated Functional Area Implementation Lead with subject matter expertise.

We see this role as an SME in GDS / Regeneron data and data integration policies, standards, tools and platforms and use these capabilities to plan and deliver data solutions.

Coordinates creation of reusable and flexible solutions for the collection, normalization, visualization, and rationalization of clinical operational and patient data.

Partner with IT on strategic direction of sophisticated analytics shared services ensuring innovative solutions to practical business problems.

Oversight, quality assurance and critical issue point for the planning and implementation of advanced analytics solutions including technologies such as artificial intelligence, optical character recognition, machine learning and natural language processing.

Serves as expert in implementation and adoption of Business Process Management, Robotics Process Automation, and other Intelligent Automation technologies.

We expect this role to set the vision and strategy for project intake, demand management, technology selection, implementation planning, and adoption.

We see this role enabling process standardization and measurement through implementation of automation use cases.

Partners with supported functions to understand their business processes as it relates to Automation, and develop maturity roadmaps to enable Automation.

Oversight, quality assurance and escalation point for the planning and implementation of business process management and robotic process automation projects lead by the Automation Solution Partner.
This role might be for you if:

We seek a minimum 10 years of related experience within the pharmaceutical industry

Knowledge of and experience in relevant technologies needed to plan and implement data enablement projects such as data warehouse, BI, integration, visualization, reporting solutions

Experience in AI, OCR, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, business processes and systems used for data, analytics and automation solutions

Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, data aggregation tools and capabilities

Experience running technology capability identification, selection and implementation

Good problem solving, technical writing and verbal communication skills

Ability to effectively lead multiple priorities with a sense of urgency

Attention to detail and accuracy of work

Strong track record of project management, stakeholder management, budget management and collaboration skill
