As an Associate Director, Medical Affairs Therapeutic Area Operations & Project Management, you will provide project management support to the Global Medical Affairs Head and Medical Directors supporting our Oncology franchise. You will drive our tactical planning and executing the project portfolio. As the key operational member, will seamlessly interact with team members cross-functionally, and all relate Product Committees for information sharing, issue escalation, and resolution.

Additionally, will schedule and facilitate team meetings for decision making, achieving project goals and updating the current status of projects within the desired timeline, resources, and budget. Responsible for creating and maintaining strong collaborations with internal and external partners

A typical day may include:
• Managing our operational plans and associated budgets working in collaboration with Finance.
• Provides project-related support to all process-related aspects to implementation and execution of publication plans, advisory boards, expert consultations, steering committees and management of outside vendors.
• Takes matrix leadership role and/or participates as active member on cross functional teams. Leads a multifunctional team with line accountability to functional subject areas.
• Acting as a key liaison between Regeneron and corporate partners/ or vendors preparing major presentations for collaboration meetings.
• Developing and driving new processes and tools to ensure vertical and horizontal integration across functional areas.
• Proactively identifying and critically analyzing problems affecting programs and developing viable solutions identifying risk mitigation plans.
• Identifies and communicates business process enhancement needs or technical issues to management and Global Development Systems.
• Ensures compliance of execution of medical affairs activities. Assists with reviewing and developing departmental procedural documents in accordance with agency regulations and guidance.
• Supporting products adhere to all relevant industry regulations and guidelines, such as OIG and The Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

• Effectively interact with and interfaces effectively at the senior management level.
• Have a strong ability and desire to collaborate with the commercial/marketing organization in an appropriate manner to ensure commercial strategy, plan and execution incorporate medical input and direction.
• Are skilled at initiation and leading large, cross-function projects and see it through to completion.

To be considered for this you must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree with 7+ years' experience working experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical/biotechnology field with solid understanding of drug development. An advanced degree is helpful. We require strong knowledge of applicable regulatory agency regulations, guidelines and/or specifications (e.g. FDA, EMA, ICH). Experience with Early Phase assets a desirable plus.
