Regeneron is currently seeking a R&D Associate to join our Infectious Diseases team; in an immunology focused technology development group. The individual will evaluate serological immunity around various immune-modulating technology in preclinical and clinical settings.

As an R&D Associate, a typical day may include the following:

- Perform conventional serological assays (ELISAs, neutralizing Ab assays, Ab effector assays)
- Design and analyze multiplexed antigen antibody binding assays (Luminex, MSD)
- Develop and troubleshoot new in vitro serology assays
- Maintain and culture cells as necessary
- Clone, express, and purify protein reagents as needed
- Aid in in vivo studies to assess immune responses

To be considered for this role, you must have a MS + 1 year of experience or a BS + 2 years of experience with knowledge in immunological assays, especially ELISAs. Skills in ELISA, cell culture, molecular biology. Preferred to have animal experience, Luminex or MSD, handling animal/human serum or plasma, infectious disease or immunology background.
