We are seeking a researcher to work in a highly collaborative research environment to support hematopoietic stem cell and other primary cell therapies, focusing on mouse model development, design and execution of functional assays on primary mouse and human cells, and advancement of potential therapeutics.
As the R&D Specialist, Immune Technologies, a typical day might include the following:
• Supporting mouse in vivo studies, including performing injections via various routes, tissue isolation and analysis, and cell enrichment.
• Adapting mouse and/or human primary cells for ex vivo culture and downstream functional assays.
• Routinely bleed mice to track efficacy of candidate therapeutics in mouse models of transplantation, tumors, and autoimmunity.
• Performing multicolor (>12 color) flow cytometry and analyzing flow cytometry data.
