We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Specialist to join the Oncology research group at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. The successful candidate will support development of novel therapeutic approaches for cancer treatment. The ideal candidate will be highly - organized, flexible and able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity for a researcher with strong cell biology/biochemistry skills to contribute to the development of industry-leading medicines.

As a R&D Specialist, a typical day may include the following:

- Maintaining and culturing tumor cell lines
- Performing immunostainings and microscopy experiments in 96-well format using high content imager
- Performing Western Blots, proliferation assays, FACS analysis on tumor cells
- Analyzing data using software including Microsoft Excel, GraphPad Prism, FlowJo etc.
- Presenting data at internal group meetings
- Maintaining accurate electronic notebook records
- Participating in multiple internal and external collaborations

To be considered for this role, the candidate must have a Bachelor's + 5 or Master's + 3 years of experience (preferred) in academic or biotechnology/pharmaceutical settings. Prior experience in performing cell-based and biochemical assays is essential. Background and hands-on experience with high-content imaging is preferred but not required. Proficient computer skills and experience in collecting and analyzing data is a necessity. Prior experience in signal transduction, oncology or immune oncology is desired. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
