We are looking to fill a Lead Process Data Associate position to join our Process Data Management team. Process Data Management supports the Manufacturing and Process Sciences departments through enabling data availability, monitoring of manufacturing process performance, performing data analyses, and using quality engineering tools in order to ensure that Regeneron continues to produce safe and effective products. This position will be responsible for completing data management tasks in electronic data sources at Regeneron and managing resources and metrics for their team. In this fast-paced environment, Lead Process Data Associates have an opportunity to work on numerous aspects of the process and business.

As a Lead Process Data Associate, a typical day might include the following:
• Leading teams of data enterers inputting manufacturing data into an electronic database system.
• Tracking metrics to ensure on-time delivery of data in order to support batch disposition.
• Collaborating with other departments (Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, etc.) to support the efficient transfer of data.
• Presenting on project status and team metrics during cross functional meetings.
• Automating routine tasks and data management to continuously improve processes.

• Have a solid understanding of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Like to lead and oversee the workload and outputs of a team.
To be considered for the Lead Process Data Associate position a BS/BA in science, engineering, information technology management, computer science or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience can substitute/replace educational requirement. 1+ years of relevant work experience in data entry, data management, or data review required. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Level will be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
