The Associate Director, Talent Planning will partner with the Employee Experience lead to roll up their sleeves building our capability in workforce planning by collecting current state data, building out models, and making recommendations and implementing future workforce planning programs.
This role will answer the question "Do we buy, build, or develop our talent and how?" You will use data and creativity to navigate these questions to truly build the future we can all believe in. This work is critically meaningful to us, because our talent creates the future we can all believe in.
