Senior Manager, Market Intelligence and Analysis

We are seeking a leader of the newly created functional vertical of Market Intelligence and Analysis to serve as the company aggregator of all sources of market and competitive intelligence, develop and maintain a unified market model across all products and segments, and support the mid-long term strategic planning process with robust market modeling. The person in this role will be a key partner to the segment and product marketing leads, senior management, business development and investor relations, and have exposure to the corporate strategic planning process and support sales enablement initiatives with relevant intel.

Role & Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as the central aggregator and curator of market and competitive intelligence, including market reports, investor reports, updates from conferences and press
  • Provide a regular digest of market dynamics and intel to key stakeholders, including the C-suite
  • Build and maintain a unified multi-year market model, taking inputs from segment and product leads and driving a rationalization process as needed
  • Support product and segment leads and business development in market sizing efforts
  • Be the embedded Excel wizard with a talent for financial modeling within the marketing team

 


Job Requirements:

 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA with a focus on finance, corporate strategy or market analysis preferred
  • 5+ years experience in a finance or commercial role that required significant market modeling
  • Exceptional Excel skills; ability to create models and graphically display complex information with ease and speed
  • Knowledge of the genomics industry, technology providers and portfolios, preferred
  • Knowledge of the genomics LDT and Dx space, reimbursement a plus
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must have exceptional communication, keen attention to detail and a desire to work in a complex and challenging fast- paced environment.
