Regeneron is currently looking for a Quality Control Microbiology Analyst for the Alternative and Rapid Technologies Team with a 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm schedule. Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our Quality Control Micro Analysts will be responsible for helping to explore new technologies and rapid methods that can be applied in QC Micro laboratories. In this role, you will support projects that develop, qualify and implement new and efficient laboratory workflows using new Technologies and/or methods.

As a QC Micro Analyst, a typical day might include the following:
• Demonstrates compliance with all applicable SOPs as well as site and pertinent regulatory agency requirements.
• Participates in required training activities.
• Writes and revises, within the Change Control system, needed procedures, SOPs, and training documents to support new technologies.
• May be responsible for supporting and maintaining specific projects.
• Are comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change from day to day
• Attends cross functional meetings for related projects to support team and keep up with business needs.
• Are comfortable supporting the execution studies and protocols to help support qualification activities.
• May be responsible for ordering and maintaining needed materials and supplies.
• Are comfortable working with LIMS and Equipment Management systems.

This role might be for you if you:
• Have experience with qualifying, monitoring and/or gowning into classified Cleanroom areas.
• Have experience with Barrier/Isolator Technology.
• Are familiar with Compendial Testing (Bioburden, Endotoxin, etc.)
• Are familiar with Aseptic Techniques and cGMP practices.
• Enjoy supporting the integration of alternative and rapid technologies and methods to help reduce human error and help ensure an efficient workflow.
• Are a critical thinker with an interest in helping to support projects, writing reports, and performing data analysis while faced with exciting technical and business challenges.
• Have a knack for navigating ambiguity and communication through that ambiguity with a team.
• Are open minded, flexible, and can communicate well across all levels of the business.
• Are able to handle multiple projects and priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Are adept at problem solving and identifying root cause.
• Continuously drive to improve processes for better performance.

To be considered for the Quality Control Microbiology Associate you must be willing and able to work 1st shirt, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. . For the various levels you must have the following:
Associate QC Micro Analyst: BS/BA in Life Sciences, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
QC Micro Analyst: BS/BA in Life Sciences, or related field, and a minimum of 12-18+ months of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Sr. QC Micro Analyst I: BS/BA in Life Sciences, or related field, and 4+ years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Sr. QC Micro Analyst II: BS/BA in Life Sciences, or related field, and 6+ years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
