The Quality Training Specialist collaborates with team to ensure business objectives are met through effective learning solutions for quality and compliance. The specialist also administers, oversees and coordinates job customized training programs for customer groups.

In this role, a typical day might include:
• Collaborating with LMS Administrator to report ongoing issues that impact quality, compliance, and effectiveness for the organization and/or customer groups.
• Potentially collaborating on development of training materials for use in quality/compliance training courses with high attention to quality, role-specificity, and engaging learning experience
• Providing guidance to customer groups, ensuring compliance in training requirements and documentation
• Acting as sole point of contact for quality curriculum and training questions via a variety of methods
• Maintaining, updating and coordinating role based curriculum or training matrices in the appropriate system using technology and automation where possible
• Evaluating effectiveness of the quality of training through formal and informal methods by collecting and reporting on data captured to advise program development and maintain relevance to job skills.
• Tracking trends and supervising training compliance
• Preparing routine progress reports on training programs for Quality Training Manager and AD, Global Development Training.
• Participating in planning for improving compliance across supported partner groups.

You have strong time management and interpersonal skills

To be considered, you must have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of Clinical, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience with knowledge of GxP guidelines is helpful.
