Regeneron's Search & Talent Pipeline team is looking for a Sr. Researcher for a long- term contract assignment. The role will work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition teams and the business to build prioritized talent communities to enable the proactive hiring of outstanding talent at Regeneron. The ideal candidate will have notable experience in developing and executing direct sourcing and talent pipelining plans using innovative and proactive search techniques. We need someone who is proficient in various forms of candidate assessment. As a Talent Pipeline Development Partner, a typical day might include the following:
  • Creation of local, regional and national (and potentially global) sourcing plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources and developing new, creative talent research and pipelining approaches
  • Partnering with recruiting and business leaders to deeply understand technical and functional requirements, key competencies, and cultural fit
  • Establishing talent pipelines through referral generation, external professional networks and creative search techniques to target, attract, and develop talent prospects
  • Conducting positive and engaging networking calls with passive and active candidates to present current and future opportunities for consideration
  • Performing structured interviews and assessments to accurately assess skills, competencies and fit within the Regeneron culture, and promote the opportunity
  • Building talent communities and outreach campaigns to actively engage talent over time
  • Reporting out on progress and established metrics and recommending changes in approach supported by the data

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and proven and dynamic Talent Pipelining/Talent Sourcing/Talent Research/ Recruiting experience. Preferably with eight or more years of relevant background. This will greatly aid your successful transition onto the team and quicken your pace to productivity. Previous knowledge of the biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry is also strongly preferred for the same reason. We need someone adept at using a variety of recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.) to both source and engage talent pools. Previous talent identification and/or research experience within a recruitment agency and/or executive search firm is strongly preferred. Proficiency with competency and behavior-based interviewing models and assessment is also required. Must be open to some travel locally, regionally and nationally to represent Regeneron as needed and for internal meetings. We are willing to consider fully remote/work from home arrangements.
