Senior Recruiting Partner, Research & Early Development

Intellia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver a best in class recruiting experience to hiring managers and candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle and in conjunction with our corporate goals and objectives.

How you will Achieve More at Intellia:

As a Senior Recruiting Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across the Research and Early Development organizations. In this position, you will play an instrumental role in delivering a best in class recruiting experience to internal stakeholders and candidates. Some of your specific responsibilities will include:
  • Taking ownership of the process and working with hiring managers across the entire organization to create a recruitment strategy that will attract top talent and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Creatively sourcing and developing a pipeline of active and passive job seekers through various channels such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media, Referrals, Conferences, etc.
  • Monitoring and managing job postings and candidate applications within the Workday ATS.
  • Interviewing candidates and playing an integral role in the candidate selection process.
  • Working with compensation to develop offers that are competitive and attractive to candidates.
  • Representing Intellia at various recruitment events and conferences throughout the year.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition team and HR more broadly on various initiatives related to employment branding, market trends, process improvements, and overall recruitment strategy.
  • Championing our culture and ensuring we hire people who are aligned with our mission and values.


About you:
  • You've been recruiting in the scientific space and have been supporting hiring managers on a wide range of roles and levels related to Research and Development.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of delivering on all hiring goals and objectives.
  • You have strong relationship management and influencing skills.
  • You are a strategic thinker who is decisive and action oriented when it comes to building talent pipelines and sourcing.
  • You are a team player who thrives on collaboration and doesn't shy away from helping out other team members.
