Senior Analyst, Business Systems, MES

The MES Analyst is responsible for leading projects, functional designs, project discussions, designing capabilities and driving the MES roadmap, development, and implementation teams. From a process perspective the MES Analyst will focus on end-to-end manufacturing, S&OP, quality, and system assurance processes.

The MES Analyst will work with different business groups, internal IT staff and offshore development teams to effectively manage current processes and applications, including functional enhancements and support.

In this role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to solutions that intersect with the MES focus area and consult on sustainment initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Overall MES architecture and roadmap
  • Identify and assess improvement opportunities.
  • Leverage relevant process and functionality expertise to propose value-driven improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate's solution delivery activities with offshore development team.
  • Lead and implement our future S&OP process model.
  • Work with local users to design MES solutions to address Production needs.
  • Responsible for communicating designs, key functionality & capabilities, and project progress
  • Responsible for project deliverables
  • Managing projects, validation, and system change process.
  • Actively contribute and support IT process improvement efforts.


Key Qualifications
  • BS in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Minimum 6+ years' experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems. Excellent understanding of with working knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with Camstar MES required.
  • Experience implementing end-to-end S&OP business processes and integrations, including sales, marketing, demand management, production, inventory management, and new product introduction.
  • Knowledge of SAP S&OP functionality a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at senior and executive management levels a plus
  • Familiar with the software development life cycle
  • Organized, responsive and highly thorough problem solving.
  • Able to work independently and within a team, self-starter.
  • Experienced integrating with and defining interfaces with other systems.
  • ISO 13485 computer system validation experience desired
  • FDA system validation experience desired
