We are currently looking to fill an eLearning Specialist position. The eLearning Specialist analyzes learning needs of internal departments, designs and develops digital learning solutions for those needs, and implements them through the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) and other platforms.

As an eLearning Specialist, a typical day might include:
• Partnering with Subject Matter Experts to design, develop, and implement technical training solutions.
• Designing and creating learner-centered multimedia and technology-enhanced course materials and resources, including online modules, manuals, and job aids.
• Writing clear, concise, and user-friendly instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts.
• Conducting training needs analyses with internal departments to gather training requirements.
• Developing and implementing evaluation strategies to determine effectiveness of training.
• Developing and using standards for course learning objectives, instructional design, and assessments.
• Conducting usability and user experience testing.
• Performing and supporting LMS activities for delivery of learning materials.

• You can develop and use standard development processes, tools, and templates to create eLearning.
• You have proven experience designing, developing, and implementing eLearning content.
• You have experience editing video, audio, and still images for learning.
• You can apply instructional design methodologies to create digital learning solutions and assessments.
• You are passionate about learning and work well in an ambiguous, constantly evolving landscape.
• You have project management experience with the ability to multi-task and advance activities across concurrent workstreams.

To be considered for the eLearning Specialist position, you need a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience designing and developing eLearning solutions.
