Job Details
As a Logistics Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:
• Act as initial point of contact for all Drug Supply transportation needs.
• Responsible for creating shipping documents and coordinating shipments with carriers.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate information databases, creating inventory reports and schedules. Information is used to assess Drug Supply position.
• Reports metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Responsible for identifying continuous improvement opportunities and executing projects to eliminate non-value added waste and drive improved performance.

• You have the ability to build effective working relationships with contacts inside and outside of the organization.
• You have a strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
• You are able to operate independently while maintaining deadlines.
• You are able to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
To be considered for the Logistics Coordinator you must be willing and able to work 1st shift, Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM. You must have a bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant work. Will substitute relevant work experience for educational requirement, but bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role
