The Business Services Group (BSG) is a part of the Enterprise Strategies group that provides business support services across AbbVie in order to drive efficiencies, business outcomes and ensure compliance. Business Services plans and executes internal and external meetings for employees, HCPs and Patients ensuring business outcomes in addition to meeting all regulatory and financial compliance requirements.
The BSG Program Compliance Project Manager will be responsible for acting as the liaison between BSG, IT, Training, OEC, Legal, Affiliates and Finance to oversee the design, deployment, training, communications, and management of meeting and event tools. This position drives efficiency in the meeting and program space by identifying compliant system solutions and enhancements, streamlines key processes, and increases effectiveness of the system users. This person will work to bulletproof their systems and ensure data integrity. Key Responsibilities include:•Develops project plans that integrate and align with cross departmental processes and other projects and provides innovative solutions to overcome project hurdles. •Acts as a resource to provide innovative solutions to mitigate risks, manage competing customer priorities, facilitate contingency plans, maximize cost-effective resource utilization, and improve employee effectiveness. •Coordinates across the business, IT, OEC, Legal, HR, external vendor partners, etc. to ensure business requirements are well defined and approved, project plans for systems and business deployment steps are developed, and deployment is coordinated and managed with BSG and Global Business Owners. •Cross-functional leadership across multiple BSG teams and IT to roll out enhancement project in scope and on-time. •Requests estimates from vendors and authorization approvals from internal stakeholders. •Demonstrates expertise on Abbvie business rules & processes. •Proactively recommends improvements to streamline current processes and reduce cycle time.
System Management•Develops in-depth knowledge of key BSG systems - Cvent •Design, Testing, and Deployment for on-going system releases and enhancements •Manages access for all HQ and Affiliate users
Communications and Training•Subject Matter Expert working in conjunction with BSG creative to identify training/education and communications opportunities to pull through compliant system usage •Presents at BSG department meetings, and virtually with Global Business Owners and Affiliates on system capabilities

Qualifications•BA/BS or equivalent •3 – 5 years of professional experience •Project Management experience
