Key Responsibilities:

 Project Management:

  • Project manage diversity recruiting events.
  • Track candidates in Avature from the events ensuring accuracy and proper follow up.
  • Organize pre-conference and post-conference meetings with all attendees.
  • Lead conference and event preparation- planning, education, alignment & readiness to achieve pre-defined engagement & hiring goals
  • Assist with pre-conference training to AbbVie attendees.
  • Provide support for pre-conference branding opportunities to increase AbbVie exposure and recruitment efforts. (Ex: Webinar, e-blasts, advertisements, and more)
  • Support enterprise conferences including: NBMBAA, NSN, HACE, SWE, Out & Equal, etc.

Qualifications

Qualifications - External

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong intellectual curiosity 
  • 3+ years of project management or recruiting experience in a competitive, fast paced environment or equivalent experience
  • Must project a strong business presence and the ability to instill confidence in clients and to deliver results
  • Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience preferred
