We are looking to fill an IT Architect position to join our expanding IOPS (Industrial Operations and Product Supply) IT team. We drive the business forward by creative application of Enterprise Architecture. Our IT Architects support the organization by partnering with our business stakeholders to understand their perspective on challenges and opportunities and incorporating these into Regeneron's technology roadmap.

As a Staff IT Architect, a typical day might include the following:
• Working closely with IOPS IT, Corporate IT, and our business partners to understand the business challenges and opportunities for competitive advantage
• Engaging with senior leadership across the organization to ensure Regeneron's technology roadmap process is defined, aligned, and managed to defined business objectives
• Documenting enterprise and solution architecture processes so that all parties involved know what to do and when
• Collaborating in design, review and definition of the architecture of new systems and major changes to existing systems
• Recommending process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes
• Engaging with project teams from the beginning to ensure technology standards are incorporated into IOPS programs
• Facilitating clear communication between business partners and IT technical teams
• Mentoring IOPS IT staff on standard methodologies surrounding configuration management, security and exceptions, architecture and strategy, and how these tie to larger business objectives
• Collaborating with business leaders, providing input and capability information as inputs to develop and maintain the company's technology roadmap and technology standards

To be considered for the Staff IT Architect position you must have a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates should have at least 7 years of experience managing IT projects and 3 years in an enterprise architecture or solutions architecture role. Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as enterprise architecture systems, document management systems, project management systems, laboratory information management systems, learning management systems, electronic batch records, or manufacturing execution systems utilized in a regulated environment is ideal.

Candidates with at least 12 years of relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Staff IT Architect role. Level will be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
