Key responsibilities – Research Scientist

ImmunoScape is looking for a highly motivated individual with outstanding immunology background to lead high-dimensional immune profiling and discovery projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and lead Deep Immunomics projects with partners and collaborators
  • Plan and execute experiments on deep profiling of antigen-specific T cells, leveraging single cell technologies including mass cytometry and single cell sequencing
  • Analyse and communicate high-dimensional single cell data
  • Liaise with ImmunoScape’s Computational Biology team developing machine learning approaches to data analysis
  • Supervise R&D teams in coordination with the Operations or Discovery Head
  • Implement ImmunoScape’s proactive publication policy by drafting of manuscripts, abstracts and presentations

Required qualifications and skills

  • A doctoral degree in Immunology or related fields
  • At least 5 years of lab experience, preferably in T cell immunology and/or immunotherapy
  • In-depth experience with multi-parameter single cell technologies (flow cytometry, mass cytometry, and/or single-cell sequencing)
  • Experience in designing, planning and delivering on project milestones
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising other scientists
  • Good publication record in the immunology field
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Rigorous, organized and accountable
  • Excellent team player, independent, self-driven with good interpersonal skills
