Job Summary and Essential Functions:
As a Compensation Analyst on the Total Rewards team you will be responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of some of the Company's most visible programs run smoothly. This entails working with the Totals Rewards group, HR as a whole and all components of the business. In addition to assisting in the management of these important programs, we will look to you to provide various types of comprehensive data analysis and maintain flexibility to engage in other exciting projects.A Typical Day Might Look Like:
  • Serve as fully functional Equity Plan administrator
  • Completion of New Hire & Annual Stock Grant process
  • Working with legal team to ensure accurate and timely filing of SEC forms
  • Completing quarterly, annual and ad-hoc equity reporting requests
  • Comply with SOX & GAAP requirements
  • Serve as fully functional R3 program administrator
  • Tracking program spend, reward metrics & various ad-hoc requests
  • Working with business on reporting budget vs. spend and providing key analytics on a periodic basis
  • Assists with completing Compensation surveys
This Role Might Be A Fit For You If:
  • A bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years work experience in a relevant role
  • The ability to analyze and interpret large sets of data, and to use that analysis to create meaningful metric reporting on a regular basis.
  • Experience with Oracle/Workday
  • Prior experience in equity plan administration at a publicly traded company; Experience working with a third-party stock administration platform a strong preference
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize and complete projects timely and accurately
  • Extremely organized and high attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and internal/external partners
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated the ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced/high growth environment where priorities and resources are in a continuous state of flux
  • Passion to continuously improve processes
