Just is seeking a motivated and hardworking team member who desires a significant opportunity to improve worldwide access to biotherapeutics. This person will join a fast-paced, collaborative, and multidisciplinary team to supply and support cell culture media preparation in a process development lab. The position also involves cleaning, organizing, scheduling, ordering, and inventorying, so experience with these types of tasks is a plus. The ability to self-organize and complete tasks by deadlines is required. An ability to perform basic tasks on a computer is desired, as is a willingness to learn new software tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively over teleconference and web-based meetings, are key. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, engaged, works well independently and in teams, and constantly looks for ways to improve processes and efficiencies.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare media and buffers to support cell culture experiments and other lab activities
- Work with internal groups and vendors as needed to keep a ready stock of supplies for lab functions
- Regularly inventory lab supplies
- Regular cleaning and maintenance of the lab and lab equipment
- Support other groups, as time permits, with solution preparation and lab cleaning activities
- Autoclave solution and cell culture assemblies as needed
Preferred qualifications:
- High School diploma or Associate degree in a science related field
- Organized
- Motivated
- Focused on goals and results
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Drive Suite applications
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
