Tech Training Specialist

We are currently looking to fill a Technical Training Specialist. Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our Technical Training Specialists are vital members of IOPS Technical Training Team that is passionate about training & committed to excellence while ensuring Industrial Operations & Product Supply (IOPS) employees are not only trained, but trained well.

As a Technical Training Specialist, a typical day might include the following:
• Collaborating with team to ensure business objectives are met through effective learning solutions
• Providing mentorship to assigned business units within IOPS ensuring compliance in GMP training practices and documentation; works with all GMP groups to provide support of training compliance.
• Developing and delivering internal GMP training programs (Qualified Trainer Program, Manager/Leader Training).
• Collaborating closely with Learning Management System Administrator to ensure quality, compliance, and effectiveness of the training program for the organization.
• Conducting Learning Needs Analysis and Gap Assessments.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to support the development of OJT Task Evaluations and Instructor Led Courses.
• Supporting development and maintenance of job specific training program through collaboration with business units.
• Supporting IOPS Technical Training and organizational training initiatives.
• Focusing on continuous improvement on training materials, programs and processes.

To be considered for the Technical Training Specialist you must have the following; BA/BS degree in a related field, with 0-2 years relevant experience at Associate Specialist level, 2+ years of relevant experience at Specialist level and 5+ years of relevant experience at Senior Specialist level. Experience may be substituted in lieu of education. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
