The Sr. Product Marketing Manager (HCP) role will be responsible for supporting the launch and market adoption of a new multi-cancer detection product for GRAIL with health care providers (HCPs) by building positioning and messaging that communicates the value proposition of GRAIL's product offering for the early detection of cancer.

You Will:

• Understand the evolving healthcare landscape of early cancer detection and its role in primary care. Serve as the voice of the customer representing the priorities and needs of primary care physicians and other HCPs serving patients in cancer screening.
• Own, end-to-end, the strategy, planning and execution of marketing programs and campaigns.
• Support the development of compelling positioning, messaging and content for GRAIL's multi-cancer early detection product offering for HCPs.
• Manage external agency relationships to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, measure performance and iterate as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with sales, other members of the marketing team, medical affairs and other internal stakeholders to deliver educational programs (webinars, conferences, speaker programs and other) to HCPs and to facilitate a delightful product experience.

Your Background Should Include:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; MBA is preferred.
• Demonstrated success marketing to HCPs, preferably in primary care, in prior roles.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing in the US healthcare market. Launch experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of key stakeholder roles and existing referral patterns in the US.
• Experience developing marketing strategy and crafting campaigns and content targeting HCPs.
• Experience diagnostics or medical devices preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated track record of getting things done and growing responsibility over time.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Willing and able to travel as needed.
