The successful candidate will assist the Senior Treasury Analyst in the cash management and daily operations of the Treasury department. This includes daily cash management by reconciling cash activity, maintaining a short-term cash forecast and coordinating all third party and internal funds transfers. In addition, the position will become a subject matter expert on the Company's treasury workstation and help coordinate the information required from the system for the monthly accounting close. This position will also assist in maintaining SOX procedures and assisting with the related internal audit reviews, reviewing SOC1 reports and FBAR compliance.

A typical day may include:
  • Supervise the Company's bank accounts, including reconciling cash activity daily.
  • Assist the Senior Treasury Analyst in maintaining the Company's treasury workstation, including coordinating testing and follow-up of the bi-annual product releases
  • Coordinate the monthly Ex-US in-house bank and quarterly intercompany netting processes
  • Assist the Treasury Operations team with management of day-to-day relationships with both cash management banks and third-party treasury vendors
  • Maintain analysis of both the soft and hard fees paid to the Company's relationship banks for use by management in selecting banks for new products and services
  • Maintain updated SOX procedures and related internal audit reviews, reviewing SOC1 reports and FBAR compliance.

This role might be a fit for you if:
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for the payment of both third-party A/P vendors and direct treasury payments and receipt of critical payments, including from collaborators, intercompany funding and FX activity
  • You have experience and proficiency in using excel and performing financial analytics
  • Serve as back-up for certain functions within Treasury Operations, Liquidity and Corporate Risk Management
  • Can collaborate with the Liquidity team on various projects and tasks, as needed, which may include investment analysis, cash forecasting and Treasury reporting

    A bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years Finance, Accounting, Cash Management or Accounts Payable experience is required
