•Assist teams in troubleshooting manufacturing issues. Provide technical knowledge and training to efficiently produce the highest quality products.
•Support packaging by managing the process of investigating exceptions and implementing effective CAPA's.
•Manage all aspects of technical training for new and existing packaging personnel. Manage the development of training content including new product introduction and process development.
•Drive Continuous improvement within packaging to identify cost savings, standard cost reductions and environmental improvements.
•Develop and implement business strategies to reduce cost, lead identification and recommendations of actions that adapt and transform the organization to meet changing business needs.
•Develop and manage staff through hiring, managing performance, developing talent, and providing clear expectations.
•With staff and input from other organizations, able to synthesize action plans, timelines and budgets for project and product goals.

 


Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration. Five years of experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in Packaging.
•Business acumen coupled with functional leadership experience is required to drive high performance in a complex manufacturing operations.
•Strong analytical capabilities, ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and execute.
