Summary: The Learning Facilitator, Talent Development, will work independently as well as collaborate with the Talent Development Team to help prepare, coordinate and deliver workshops for our employees globally. Candidate will ensure our programs are delivered in a way that helps employees develop their skills and fosters career advancement. This position will be approximately 20 hours per week and require flexibility for scheduling shifts as needed. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal Talent Development team members to support the overall performance management agenda and promote the company's core values, known as The Regeneron Way.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
• Delivering leadership and manager training workshops virtually or in-person.
• Refining workshops to strengthen the delivery and receptivity of the material within a virtual environment.
• Refining activities within the training provided and amplifying improvement opportunities.
• Gathering feedback on the quality of trainings from participants and maintaining records of enrollment and completion.

• Familiarity with various teaching and facilitation techniques, including experience with in-person and virtual training workshops.
• Proven communication skills with a high level of integrity and customer service.
• The ability to build and maintain professional working relationships within internal teams.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative culture.
• Ability to work on multiple assignments and prioritize demands in a high energy, fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Can effectively cope with change and can shift gears comfortably.
• Ability to work independently with some direction from senior colleagues.
• A passion for continuous improvement and taking ownership of projects.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Organization Development or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following HR subdisciplines: Learning and Development, Professional Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Change Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development and HR Business Partnering
• Expertise in leadership and management training, with a willingness to partner and collaborate with a global audience.
• EQ 2.0 and MBTI Certification a plus.
• Excellent team collaboration skills.
• Results and detail oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work on multiple assignments and prioritize demands in a high energy, fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Can effectively cope with change and can shift gears comfortably.
• Ability to work independently with some direction from senior colleagues.
