Job Description

The purpose of " Senior Comms Manager , Global HR" role is to provide strategic communications support to the global HR function. This includes external/employees/leadership/issues & crisis .

T he incumbent will assist with planning, and development and delivering of strategic communications initiatives that support specific HR business objectives targeted to HR employees and key external stakeholders. The incumbent ensure s that all comms (internal and external) are aligned with the Company's strategic comms plan and reflective of global brand positioning. Incumbent ensures continuous content contribution in specific area of responsibilities for CSL Group's "owned" multimedia publishing channels ( ie . Vita newshub , CSL News, CSL NOW employee app, etc.) for both internal and external stakeholders/audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Provides strategic communications support and provides key communications deliverables to the global HR function (external/employees/leadership/issues & crisis)
2. Provide communications support to the CHRO under direction of his/her manager
3. Ensures all communications efforts ladder up to broader CSL Group brand message.
4. Ensures Company's global Brand positioning is reflective in content for both external and internal audiences.
5. Ensures continuous content contribution in specific area of responsibilities for CSL Group's "owned" multimedia publishing channels (ie. Vita/Fluid newshubs, CSL News, CSL NOW employee app, etc.) for both internal and external stakeholders/audiences.
6. Provides leadership in the development of strategic communications plans and subsequent execution
7. Develops and executes strategic communications in support of Comms centers globally.
8. Coordinates closely with communications and HR colleagues at the various locations to provide strategic counsel on local communications initiatives that support broader functions goals (if required)
9. Responsible for professional development and strengthening capabilities of team to enhance communications capabilities
10. Demonstrated ability to influence others, while fostering strong working relationships.
11. Coach and motivate team.
12. Champion best practice and lead by example, with consistent engagement across the business

Education

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism or closely related field that develops written, verbal and communications skills.
• Advanced, progressive professional development training is ideal.

Experience

• 7-plus years of progressive experience in private and/or public sector communications is required.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong presentation but diplomatic presence
• Business-fluent in English
