Marketing Communications Specialist (MarCom)
*3 months at part-time to a possible full-time position

Duties and Responsibilities
• Create marketing materials in conjunction with graphic design and website team, including newsletters, emails, case studies, press releases, digital advertising, and other pieces of collateral as needed
• Manage the distribution of marketing content across various channels, including email, organic social media, partners, sales, and the website
• Track and report (monthly) on marketing campaigns performance, including metrics such as engagement (response rates, CTRs, leads, impressions, website visits, and more), conversion and offer data-driven suggestions to optimize campaigns
• Take notes during marketing meetings with team and partners and manage action items
Required Skills
• Marketing knowledge -proficient knowledge of marketing trends and strategies
• Creativity -ability to take regulatory or other concepts and translate them into campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion
• Writing skills -Ability to write well in English and translate complicated medical and technical jargon into customer-facing materials
• Presentation skills (interpersonal and tools)
• Communication skills
• Advanced digital organizational skills
• Analytics acumen
• Proficient use of Martech stack tools: Google Analytics, ConstantContact, MS Microsoft Office Suite, GoogleMyBusiness, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and PR Newswire
Other Requirements
• B.A. in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role with a MedTech company
