The Impact You’ll Make

  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates and a valued resource for the hiring managers you support
  • Coordinate logistical functions of the hiring process
  • Communicate with candidates via phone and email
  • Schedule and monitor candidate movement throughout the interview process
  • Support impactful talent acquisition projects as we elevate and deliver Recursion’s employee experience 
  • Represent Recursion as you provide an exceptional interview experiences for our candidates

The Team You’ll Join 

The People team exists to accelerate Recursion’s mission through people, teams and culture. You will join a group of proficient and collaborative Recruiting Coordinators who care deeply about inclusivity, consistency and creating a positive candidate experience. This is a highly-visible role that reports to the Manager of Recruiting Operations and interfaces directly with hiring managers, employees across the company and potential new hires.

 

The Experience You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (area of study is flexible)
  • At least one year of experience in a coordination, administrative or scheduling role, preferably in a fast-paced environment 
  • An ability to complete concurrent complex scheduling tasks with urgency, attention to detail and a customer-centric approach
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Natural inclination to think outside of the box and be proactive
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (we use Greenhouse)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
