The Impact You’ll Make

• Collaborate across the company to design, evaluate, and execute new and existing business processes necessary to run a high-growth biotech
• Connect company strategy to the day to day tactical execution to maximize delivery of Recursion’s strategic goals  

• Act as an organizational change manager as you as you develop collaborative relationships across the company

While reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations you will have a unique opportunity to continue your personal development while partnering to build out foundational business processes.  . You will join a group of operations-minded professionals focused on driving the advancement of our technology and our drug portfolio in order to get impactful medicines to patients that need them.  Our desire to make a difference and contribute to our mission of radically improving lives drives everything we do.  In your role, you will design and implement solutions specific to Recursion while keeping us in check that we don’t over-design the process. While working across the organization with a variety of business owners to design and execute business processes, you will ensure we are maximizing our delivery against Recursion’s strategic goals on everything from laboratory to business.

The Experience You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, life science, or technology related field of study. Masters degree is a plus.
• 5+ years management consulting or business operations experience,.  
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across functions and levels.
• Analytical and process-oriented with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience identifying and driving toward what is required for sustained operating results
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment. 
• Ability to analyze opportunity areas and processes within a cross-functional organization and effectively implement change. 
• A record of jumping into a variety of ad hoc tasks necessary to helping companies succeed.
• Superior project management skills.
• Experience in process improvement projects and familiarity with LEAN or Six Sigma is a plus
