Job Details

The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Oncology is a field-based, non-sales position on Regeneron's commercial oncology team, focused on enhancing and improving interactions with key external US oncology NSCLC thought leaders at academic centers and leading community practices. We value doing what is right, and expect all TLL interactions are always compliant, and meet legal and regulatory guidelines. We are searching for a knowledgeable specialist for building and maintaining these critical relationships within your territory (4 states)
In this role, a typical day might include the following:
• Aligning with cross functional teams, and orchestrate resources as they relate to Thought leaders
• Conducting substantive business discussions related to on-label product information, disease state, and general corporate overviews
• Collaborating cross-functionally with home-office based colleagues in Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access
• Planning and executing engagements and encounters at local, regional and national conferences, POAs, in field engagements, and other venues
• Acquiring feedback from Oncology leaders with a point of view on Oncology NSCLC marketing strategies/materials
• Selecting advisory board participants and speakers, and attend all planned advisory boards
• Building contracts for speaker bureaus and facilitate speaker programs
• Participate in helping to define the culture and direction of Regeneron's Oncology TLL Team

This role might be for you if:
• You can present innovative ideas to individuals or groups, targeting presentation to the needs of the audience.
• You have outstanding interpersonal and project management, analytical and planning skills, along with an ability to balance various projects
• You have a current understanding of pharmaceutical promotional rules and regulations

To qualify, you should possess the following:

Strong science background with deep knowledge of Oncology. Ability to understand, work with, and provide commercial input to all functions within the project team. Specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience with a minimum of 7 years of work experience in one or more of the following: previous or current Thought Leader Liaison role, field sales, product marketing, or medical / clinical experience including experience in the NSCLC Oncology market or a similar Immuno-Oncology marketplace. Launch experience preferred. Bachelor's degree, Master's degree (a plus) or other higher education/certification. We prefer your experience include a product launch. Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory, or within a reasonable distance, and hold a valid driver's license. The TLL will be a road warrior with 60% - 80% travel likely.
