We are seeking a motivated R&D Specialist to join our Research Pharmacokinetics-Sample Analysis team within the Therapeutic Proteins organization. We perform analysis for timeline driven ex vivo sample sets. You will do assay development/optimization and PK sample analysis using immunoassay methods. You will also perform data analysis and report experimental results.

In this role, a typical day might include performing the following:
  • Perform immunoassay (i.e. ELISA, GyroLab) analysis of rodent serological samples, including learning the process of development/optimization of assays.
  • Conduct data analysis of samples through GraphPad Prism and Excel.
  • Maintain accurate recording of experiments in an electronic lab notebook.
  • Inform upper manager and the team of project status and experimental results in both verbal and written communications.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of three years' experience with a Master's degree or five years' experience with a Bachelor's degree. Experience with ELISA related immunoassays, including assay development and optimization. Experience with GraphPad Prism, a plus.
