Associate Manager Warehouse & Logistics (Inventory Management)

We are currently looking to fill an Associate Manager Warehouse & Logistics (Inventory Management). Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our Associate Managers Warehouse & Logistics manages the daily operational aspects of an inventory management system and uses this system to coordinate all the resources and activities needed for production manufacturing.

As an Associate Manager Warehouse & Logistics, a typical day might include the following:
• Works closely with functional departments to develop, implement and enhance inventory management systems (WMS/Oracle).
• Oversees responsibilities of the IDM Inventory Data Management department.
• May assist with setting internal warehouse inventory levels for all raw materials.
• Monitors status of materials from inventory, production and receipts from external suppliers.
• Assists the Inventory Control department and maintains a cycle count program.
• Supports inventory functions occurring in day to day business operations between manufacturing and Warehouse & Logistics.
• Subject Matter Expert for inspections for Inventory and oracle/WMS systems related topics.
• Develops and provides data analytics for efficient warehouse operations
• Assists with database documentation, including creation of User Requirement Specifications; assists with the development of Functional Requirement Specifications and Detail Design Specifications.
• Oversees changes to material specifications and change notifications and for any impact on database; updates the system as necessary.
• Develops reports with IT using inventory management system.
• Coordinates the timely receipt and/or release of materials to meet production needs.
• Reviews and approves area procedures, including SOP's, change controls, and validation protocols/reports.
• Leads team through software implementations and continuous improvement activities

To be considered for the Associate Manager Warehouse & Logistics You must have the following; a BS/BA with a minimum for 6 years of relevant experience, experience in a cGMP environment preferred, may substitute relevant experience for education.
